About Me

I am a passionate and dedicated therapeutic practitioner committed to supporting both children and adults in understanding and expressing their emotions and feelings. With a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies, underpinned by psychoanalysis and psychodynamic theory, I bring a deep understanding of emotional development and lived experience into her work. I have a level 2 Certificate in Understanding Challenging Behaviour and is also qualified to carry out and score Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaires (SDQs) for individuals, teachers and staff in schools and employees in the workplace.  

As a qualified Advanced Drawing and Talking Practitioner and Sand Play Practitioner, I provide gentle, creative and non-intrusive therapeutic interventions that empower adults and children to explore their feelings, process experiences, and build emotional resilience in a safe and supportive environment. I can also host sessions for group work in schools, care homes etc.  

I specialise in anxiety, bullying, grief, low self esteem, trauma, stress (eg work, exams, school) overthinking, emotional overload, workplace challenges, family relationships. 

I am driven by a genuine desire to help others feel heard, valued, and understood. My warm and approachable nature helps clients feel at ease, creating a space where meaningful change and personal growth can take place.

Outside of her professional work, I enjoy reading, walking, and spending quality time with her family. She has a love for the colour turquoise, reflecting her calm, positive, and nurturing approach to life and practice.
